Hola quisiera saber como poder solicitar información sobre costos y la posibilidad de reservar. Llamo al número que indica aquí pero dice que esta fuera de servicio.
Siempre que vamos está todo muy bien y limpio la verdad nos gusta mucho ir xq es un hotel accesible y muy bonitas instalaciones
Ubicado en muy buen lugar , buen servicio pero los colchones están muy duros y no puedes descansar bien de hay en fuera todo bien
He crecido en este hotel y generalmente tenemos buenas experiencias. Las habitaciones son limpias y así mismo las instalaciones. Sin embargo, este año el servicio fue un poco decadente. En el restaurante, mi familia y yo solamente acudíamos a la hora del desayuno (pocas ocasiones en la comida y cena, pero lo mínimo) y en especifico dos meseros eran de atendernos a la fuerza, bastante hostiles y en ocasiones en lugar de darnos las cosas simplemente nos las entregaban de mala forma. Y considero que no es justo, sabiendo que ni mi familia ni yo les pedíamos las cosas de forma prepotente y grosera. Lo mismo pasó con uno de los guardias del estacionamiento, (quien por lo general lleva una gorra estilo militar) las veces que coincidíamos con él, el señor simplemente decidía gritar o contestar de forma agresiva; que obvio, saca de onda porque uno no le hablaba igual. Cómo lo dije, en general fue una buena experiencia, sin embargo el trato a los huéspedes considero que podría mejorar; más cuándo los huéspedes somos amables con el personal.
Es un hotel bastante agradable y sobre todo con muchos elementos incluyentes, como lo son rampas y pasamos para personas de la tercera edad, y con capacidades diferentes.
Limpieza 10 , aire acondicionado nuevo, sazón 10, colchones firmes ,sin embargo en mobiliario de la habitación es muy viejito o el estilo el baño estaba bien adaptado para adultos mayores. No vi ningún insecto. En la alberca deberían de extender el horario hay mucha gente que le gusta nadar de noche. Pero los camastros si los deben de cambiar por favor se ven bien pero ya no sirven están súper incómodos .Relación precio calidad tiene 10.
Excelente servicio muy cómodo el restaurante muy rico 100% recomendado!
